NOTE has secured a three-year contract with a European Security & Defence customer valued at approximately SEK 160 million. Higher-than-planned order intake is already increasing the expected delivery pace, while stronger emphasis on secure supply chains and European manufacturing capacity supports demand for specialised electronics production.

SWEDEN NOTE has won a three-year contract from a European customer in the Security & Defence sector with an estimated order value of approximately SEK 160 million. Order intake so far points to deliveries progressing at a faster rate than originally anticipated, indicating an earlier ramp-up in production under the agreement.

The contract comes as European defence and security organisations place greater emphasis on supply continuity, resilient sourcing and regional industrial capacity. For electronics manufacturers, these priorities are increasing demand for production capabilities that can support specialised defence applications while meeting requirements for reliability, traceability and secure supply chains.

The development also reflects broader changes in Europe's defence-industrial base, where governments and prime contractors are seeking to reduce supply-chain vulnerabilities and strengthen domestic and regional manufacturing. Electronics production is a critical component across defence systems, communications equipment, surveillance technologies and other security applications, creating opportunities for specialised manufacturing service providers.

NOTE said it is also engaged in several development and industrialisation programmes with existing and new customers that could transition into longer-term production arrangements. If these programmes progress, they could provide additional manufacturing volumes beyond the newly announced contract and increase the company's exposure to the European Security & Defence market.

NOTE is a European electronics manufacturing services provider specialising in printed circuit board assembly and box-build production. The company operates 14 facilities across Europe and Asia and serves customers in sectors including Security & Defence, Medtech, Industrial, GreenTech and Communications.
