The project was selected by industry evaluators for adhering to JOC operational standards, accelerating project timelines, and updating school infrastructure to meet revised safety regulations. Initiated in August 2025 to comply with updated district facilities guidelines, construction was finished in three months despite site flooding and heavy rainfall during the Florida hurricane season.
