The contract covers the full 19.54 km route from Sant Gadge Maharaj Chowk to Chembur, including 17 stations, for a period of five years. The total contract value is ₹2.96 billion, excluding GST.
The scope includes operation of new advanced rolling stock and the upgraded Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) signaling system.
