Radiant Uranium Corp. has finalized an agreement to option the Cross Lake uranium asset in Saskatchewan, paying CAD 0.02 million and issuing four million shares to secure a strategically located project near key infrastructure in the Athabasca Basin.

CANADA —A Canadian mineral exploration firm has finalized an option deal to acquire a full stake in a historic uranium asset located in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, strengthening its position near established regional mining infrastructure.

Vancouver-headquartered Radiant Uranium Corp. executed the transaction by disbursing CAD 0.02 million in cash and issuing four million common shares to Bromell Mining LLP following regulatory authorization. The common shares issued under the deal are restricted from resale until early February 2027. Under the full terms of the agreement, the company can earn a 100 percent interest in the 2,048-hectare property—subject to a one percent net smelter return royalty—by completing aggregate cash payments of CAD 0.2 million, issuing four million shares, and funding CAD 0.25 million in exploration expenditures within three years.

Radiant Uranium Corp. is an exploration stage enterprise focused on identifying and developing uranium deposits to support global energy transition supply chains, holding primary exploration targets across Saskatchewan's major uranium districts.

Securing the Cross Lake asset provides the explorer with immediate exposure to a historic mineralization site that features an unverified historic resource estimate of 371,038 pounds of triuranium octoxide at an average grade of 1.2435 pounds per tonne. The historical mineralization extends over a northeast-trending structural lineament and remains open at depth, offering clear geological potential for subsequent modern exploration programs to verify and expand the resource base.

The transaction underscores sustained commercial interest in North American nuclear fuel feedstocks as global demand for zero-emission baseload power drives long-term structural deficits in primary uranium supply. By establishing options over legacy assets adjacent to major infrastructure, junior exploration companies can systematically deploy targeted capital to re-evaluate historical data using updated geological frameworks.

For market participants and regional stakeholders, the deal highlights continued capital deployment into Saskatchewan, widely recognized as one of the world's premier and most stable mining jurisdictions. Advancing early-stage projects toward modern compliant resource definitions will remain essential for securing the long-term project pipeline required by global nuclear utilities.
