Revolve Renewable Power has secured a MXN 450 million project-level financing facility from Banco Multiva to fund new distributed generation projects and refinance existing assets in Mexico. The financing will support the company’s commercial and industrial solar portfolio, including projects under construction and assets approaching commercial operation.

MEXICO —Revolve Renewable Power has entered into a MXN 450 million (approximately US$24 million) project-level financing facility with Banco Multiva to expand its distributed generation business in Mexico. The 14-year facility will provide funding for new project construction, refinancing of operating assets and further development of the company’s commercial and industrial solar portfolio.

The facility is structured through Revolve’s Mexican subsidiaries and comprises two equal MXN 225 million tranches. The company expects an initial drawdown of approximately MXN 128.8 million (US$7.7 million), supported by operating assets and projects already under construction. The financing is primarily secured against contracted cash flows generated through long-term power purchase agreements and can cover up to 75% of eligible project capital expenditures and associated financing costs.

The financing comes as Revolve advances a portfolio of distributed generation solar projects across Mexico. Three projects have completed installation and UVIE certification and are moving through the final Comisión Federal de Electricidad process required before commercial operation. A further 17 projects remain under construction, with work progressing across equipment installation, electrical integration and commissioning preparation.

Collectively, the portfolio represents 5.2 MW of new generating capacity. The projects are expected to reach full construction and commercial operation by the end of 2026, subject to construction schedules and local permitting. Once operational, the assets are expected to add contracted recurring revenue to Revolve’s renewable power portfolio.

For Mexico’s distributed energy market, the financing provides a long-term debt structure that can support capital-intensive commercial and industrial solar development while allowing an operator to refinance assets as they become operational. For Revolve, the facility also creates capacity to redeploy capital from existing projects into additional development and construction opportunities without giving up ownership of the underlying assets or their contracted cash flows.

Revolve Renewable Power is a North American owner, operator and developer of power generation and digital infrastructure assets, with its current distributed generation expansion focused on Mexico. Banco Multiva is providing the project-level debt facility supporting the company’s Mexican renewable energy portfolio.
