SANAM Capital Holding Company has finalized a deal to buy a majority interest in Saudi Arabia's Bait Al Mal Al Khaleeji for SAR 27 million, marking a strategic expansion into the Kingdom's financial services domain.

KUWAIT; SAUDI ARABIA —SANAM Group Holding Company has announced that its subsidiary, SANAM Capital Holding Company W.L.L., executed an agreement to acquire a 55 percent controlling stake in Saudi Arabia-based Bait Al Mal Al Khaleeji Company. The transaction values the controlling interest at SAR 27 million. SANAM Group Holding Company is a Kuwait-based listed investment group focused on holding equity interests and driving regional expansion across diversified financial and real estate assets.

This strategic transaction provides SANAM Capital with direct operational exposure to Saudi Arabia's expanding asset management and financial services market. By securing a majority stake in a closed joint-stock entity in Saudi Arabia, the company positions itself to capture cross-border investment flows between Kuwait and the broader Gulf Cooperation Council region.

The move aligns with broader regional capital integration across the Middle East, as investment firms increasingly seek cross-border acquisitions to capture growth generated by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 initiatives. Wealth management and advisory sectors across the region stand to see increased consolidation as firms build scale to serve institutional and high-net-worth clients.

For market participants and regional investors, the deal underscores growing interest from Kuwaiti entities in establishing direct footholds within Saudi financial markets. The overall financial impact of the transaction on SANAM Group's balance sheet remains contingent on completing required regulatory approvals and formal administrative procedures with relevant authorities.
