Following the completion of the transaction, which remains subject to customary closing conditions, OpenZeppelin will operate as a dedicated business unit under its existing brand. Demian Brener will remain Chief Executive Officer of OpenZeppelin, reporting directly to Yann Le Pallec, President of S&P Global Ratings.
