Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has signed an SAR 11.92 million contract with the General Command of Security Aviation in Riyadh to operate medical services and maintain medical equipment at affiliated medical centres. The three-year agreement is expected to begin contributing to the company’s financial results in the fourth quarter of 2026.

SAUDI ARABIA —Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has formalised a three-year agreement to provide medical operations and equipment maintenance at medical centres affiliated with the General Command of Security Aviation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The contract was signed on 14 October 2026, with a total value of SAR 11.92 million, inclusive of value-added tax.

The agreement follows the earlier announcement of the contract award in August 2026. Its scope combines operational support for the affiliated medical centres with maintenance of their medical equipment. The company expects the financial effects to start appearing in its results from the fourth quarter of 2026. No related parties were reported in connection with the contract.

The award adds a defined, multi-year healthcare services engagement to the company’s operations. Combining medical centre operations with equipment maintenance places emphasis on service continuity, equipment availability and the delivery of reliable medical support. For the contracting authority, outsourcing these functions to a specialist provider can support the ongoing operation of its healthcare facilities, while giving the supplier a contract extending beyond a single reporting period.

The agreement also illustrates demand for outsourced healthcare operations and technical maintenance within Saudi Arabia’s public-sector and security-related institutions. Providers competing in this segment may need to demonstrate both healthcare service capabilities and the ability to maintain specialised medical equipment. Contract execution, service standards and maintenance performance will be important factors in delivering the agreed scope throughout the three-year term.

For investors, the disclosed contract value and expected financial contribution provide visibility into a new source of revenue, although the announcement does not specify the timing of revenue recognition, profit margins or payment milestones. The contract value includes VAT and should not be interpreted as equivalent to net revenue or profit. Its ultimate contribution will depend on implementation costs, operating performance and the terms of delivery.

Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company is a Saudi company operating in the medical equipment and healthcare services sector. The General Command of Security Aviation in Riyadh is the contracting entity for the medical operations and equipment maintenance services covered by this agreement.
