Scinai Immunotherapeutics has signed a definitive development and clinical manufacturing agreement valued at approximately $5.1 million with a U.S.-based biopharmaceutical company. This deal elevates the company's total committed customer orders to approximately $7.6 million, marking significant growth in its contract manufacturing division.

ISRAEL —Scinai Biopharma Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd., has concluded a comprehensive development and clinical manufacturing agreement with a publicly traded United States biopharmaceutical company. The contract includes approximately $5.1 million in committed base service fees, dedicated to advancing an investigational oncology product through integrated chemistry, manufacturing, and controls development, alongside clinical manufacturing programs scheduled for early 2027.

This contract expansion elevates Scinai's aggregate committed customer orders across its facilities in Jerusalem and Yavne to approximately $7.6 million, reflecting a threefold increase from year-end 2025 levels. Additional uncommitted clinical manufacturing phases carry an indicative value of $5.85 million for late 2027 through mid-2028, creating pathways for potential future commercial-scale production depending on clinical and regulatory progress.

The agreement strengthens the operational visibility and facility utilization of Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd., a biopharmaceutical firm that combines a growing contract development and manufacturing organization with an immunology-focused therapeutic development platform. Milestone-based payments associated with the project are structured to support corporate working capital and cash flow through the execution timeline spanning 2026 and subsequent periods.

The development highlights broader industry trends emphasizing strategic outsourcing for specialized oncology drug development and manufacturing services. Biotechnology firms increasingly rely on dedicated contract development and manufacturing organizations to navigate complex regulatory requirements, IND-enabling activities, and specialized delivery systems such as prefilled-syringe presentations without heavy capital expenditure on internal infrastructure.
