Clinical trials increasingly require multiple lines of evidence both patient-reported experiences and objective physiological data to demonstrate treatment benefit. Previously, sponsors managed multiple vendors and reconciled disparate datasets.

This development matters because the combined entity offers an end-to-end platform that simplifies multimodal studies, reducing vendor management complexity and integration challenges.
