Silah Gulf has completed the acquisition of Invita Company W.L.L., a subsidiary of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, after fulfilling required regulatory and compliance conditions. The transaction strengthens Silah’s position in Bahrain’s business services market, while BBK said the financial impact on its position will be disclosed separately.

BAHRAIN —Silah Gulf B.S.C. has completed its acquisition of Invita Company W.L.L., a subsidiary of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait B.S.C. (BBK), following completion of the regulatory and compliance requirements associated with the transaction. BBK disclosed the completion to Bahrain Bourse on 27 September 2026, confirming that the transaction had reached its closing stage after the necessary conditions were satisfied.

The deal represents a change in ownership for Invita and is relevant to Bahrain’s business services and customer-support ecosystem. Invita operates as a BBK subsidiary, while Silah Gulf is active in customer experience and business process services. The transfer places Invita within Silah’s operating structure and could affect how the acquired business is positioned and integrated within the broader services market.

For BBK, the transaction is also relevant from a portfolio and corporate-structure perspective as the bank divests a subsidiary. The bank has not yet disclosed the financial impact of the completed acquisition on its financial position, stating that the relevant information will be provided in due course. This leaves the transaction value and any associated accounting effects outside the current disclosure.

BBK is a Bahrain-based commercial bank providing banking and financial services to retail, corporate and institutional customers. Silah Gulf is a Bahrain-based customer experience and business process services company serving organizations through customer management and related operational services.

From an industry perspective, the transaction could influence the consolidation and restructuring of business-services capabilities in Bahrain, particularly where banking groups evaluate ownership of non-core operating businesses. For businesses and investors, the immediate considerations are the eventual financial disclosure from BBK, the integration of Invita into Silah’s operations and any resulting changes to the competitive landscape for outsourced customer and business process services in Bahrain.
