The development marks the initial phase of a brand-new greenfield medical campus. The full project scope comprises site development, infrastructure, early equipment procurement, and core and shell construction for the six-floor, 17,700-square-meter (191,000 sqft) outpatient facility, alongside the adjacent parking structure. Advanced prefabrication methodology will play a pivotal role in execution, incorporating unitized curtainwall systems, prefabricated exterior wall cladding, and offsite prefabricated exam room pods. Construction commenced in June 2026, with full completion scheduled for April 2028. Financial inclusion of the contract will be recorded under Skanska's US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
