StoneX Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Colombian coffee processor and exporter Integra Trading through its Swiss trading entity. The deal integrates certified origin processing into StoneX's physical commodity operations, expanding direct supply access to high-quality Arabica coffee for global markets.

COLOMBIA —Global financial services firm StoneX Group Inc. has entered into a definitive transaction agreement to acquire Integra Trading S.A.S., a Colombian coffee processor, exporter, and origination merchant. Executed through StoneX's Switzerland-based trading subsidiary, the target business will be fully incorporated into the StoneX Supply & Trading physical commodities segment. The transaction expands direct origination infrastructure within one of the world's primary Arabica coffee-producing nations.

StoneX Group Inc. is a NASDAQ-listed financial services network operating across execution, risk management, market intelligence, and physical trading infrastructure globally. Integra Trading S.A.S. is a Colombian coffee enterprise established in 2015 that operates a certified milling facility near Medellín in Antioquia, maintaining multiple international food-safety, organic, and fair-trade certifications.

The strategic acquisition links Integra's processing facility, local farmer networks, and export licenses with StoneX's international distribution footprint and capital base. By securing direct access to certified supply chains at origin, StoneX enhances its physical coffee trading platform to supply commercial buyers with traceable and certified commodity products while supporting higher volume handling across its physical trading division.

This integration reflects a broader consolidation trend within agricultural supply chains, where institutional trading houses acquire origin-level processing infrastructure to mitigate supply disruption and satisfy regulatory compliance regarding origin traceability. For global food processors, beverage manufacturers, and commodity investors, the deal strengthens direct access to sustainable supply networks, streamlining physical commodity delivery from primary producing regions to consumer end-markets.
