Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) has selected Blue Cloud Softech Solutions as the primary industry partner for a new artificial intelligence hub in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The company will invest INR 40 million to advance startup incubation and sector-specific technology applications under the nationwide IndiaAI Mission.

INDIA India’s national push for localized artificial intelligence compute infrastructure and domain-specific innovation has taken a step forward as Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) issued in-principle clearance for a specialized technology hub in Odisha. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions will act as the principal industry partner for the newly sanctioned IndiaAI Centre of Excellence (AI-CoE) in Bhubaneswar, committing INR 40 million in capital to support initial setup, startup incubation, and practical enterprise deployment.

The facility will operate under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology's (MEIT) overarching IndiaAI Mission, utilizing 10,000 square feet of dedicated infrastructure provided by STPI. The initiative prioritizes field-level implementation of artificial intelligence across sectors including oceanography, coastal fisheries, marine energy, disaster management, healthcare, governance, and child development. By leveraging Odisha's geographical positioning, the hub aims to generate specialized datasets and operational tools suited for coastal and resource-focused economies.

As the designated corporate partner, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions will integrate its proprietary digital infrastructure stacks—spanning camera-based health monitoring, public safety networks, and sovereign 5G deployment capabilities—into the hub's incubation framework. Early-stage enterprises operating at the facility will receive technical mentorship, engineering capabilities, and access to corporate and public sector networks to accelerate commercialization within domestic and international markets.

This development underscores a growing policy emphasis on decentralized public-private technology partnerships outside established urban hubs. By combining government infrastructure grants with private technical architecture, the model accelerates targeted technology adoption while de-risking early-stage software research in high-priority public infrastructure sectors.

Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) is an autonomous entity under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEIT) established to foster software exports and tech entrepreneurship across India. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions is a Hyderabad-headquartered, publicly traded technology services enterprise specializing in artificial intelligence systems, public safety platforms, and digital infrastructure solutions.
