INDIA —Suyog Urja Limited, a subsidiary of Enviro Infra Engineers, has secured a letter of intent valued at INR 2.28 billion from ARIE Energy LLP to execute engineering, procurement, and construction works for a 100 MW wind power generation facility.
The project will be established in Ajani, located within the Latur district of Maharashtra. Under the terms of the agreement, the subsidiary is scheduled to finalize all development activities and operational handover by July 31, 2027. This contract follows a previous order obtained by the subsidiary for another large-scale regional wind energy development.
This commercial agreement strengthens the parent organization's footprint in clean energy infrastructure development. By expanding operational capacity into large-scale wind power installations, the firm diversifies its core revenue streams away from traditional municipal water engineering segments into commercial renewable energy engineering.
The regional renewable energy sector and utility infrastructure developers are directly impacted by this deployment, which accelerates clean power capacity additions in western India. Industrial stakeholders, regional subcontractors, and equipment suppliers involved in turbine manufacturing and grid integration stand to benefit from accelerated capital expenditure.
The transaction enhances corporate positioning within India's rapidly expanding decarbonization landscape, validating operational scalability in utility-scale clean energy assets. Investors monitor these deployments as a metric of successful diversification into green infrastructure segments.
Enviro Infra Engineers Limited is an infrastructure development organization specializing in water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, and clean energy solutions across municipal and commercial sectors in India.
