Nosa Plugs AB has signed a strategic distribution agreement with US-based equipment vendor Galls, LLC. The partnership allows NOSA to expand its North American presence by distributing its specialized odor control technology to first responders and public safety personnel across the United States.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA —Swedish medical technology developer Nosa Plugs AB has secured a commercial distribution deal with Galls, LLC to introduce its specialized nasal odor protection products into the US market. Managed through NOSA's domestic subsidiary NoseOption Inc., the agreement grants the company immediate access to extensive public safety distribution channels. An initial product order has been issued alongside the signing to facilitate immediate deployment.

Nosa Plugs AB is a Sweden-based medical technology company listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market that designs and manufactures specialized nasal plugs for odor protection and air filtration. Galls, LLC is a major US distributor with over five decades of operational history, specializing in equipment, specialized gear, and workwear for more than one million active personnel across law enforcement, fire and rescue, emergency medical services, corrections, and security sectors.

Entering the North American market through an established partner provides NOSA with an efficient route to scale its commercial footprint without heavy direct capital investment. The deal allows the Swedish enterprise to leverage Galls' deeply rooted vendor relationships and wide customer base, significantly reducing market entry barriers within a highly specialized procurement landscape.

This commercial alliance highlights a growing demand for specialized personal protective solutions tailored to frontline emergency medical and law enforcement personnel. Public safety organizations are increasingly prioritizing workplace comfort and protection against severe occupational hazards, including high-odor environments encountered in field operations.

For institutional investors and healthcare industry stakeholders, the agreement demonstrates a clear pathway for European medtech firms to execute North American expansion strategies. Successful execution of the partnership could establish a repeatable distribution model for NOSA's broader product portfolio across international government and public safety sectors.
