Techstep ASA has secured its largest individual contract in Sweden to provide a Sovereign Managed Endpoint Service to one of the country’s largest public-sector employers. The three-year agreement combines endpoint management software with managed services and is expected to expand Techstep’s recurring revenue from regulated-sector customers.

SWEDEN —Techstep ASA has been awarded a three-year contract to provide a Sovereign Managed Endpoint Service to one of Sweden’s largest public-sector employers. The agreement is the company’s largest individual contract in the Swedish market to date, although no contract value has been disclosed.

The service combines endpoint management software with ongoing managed services, covering the administration and operation of customer devices through Techstep’s Sovereign Managed Endpoint offering. The agreement is expected to contribute to Techstep’s recurring revenue throughout the initial contract period.

The award is relevant to Sweden’s public sector, where large organisations face requirements around secure device management, operational control and regulatory compliance. By combining software with continuing service delivery, the contract also places greater emphasis on recurring technology services rather than one-time hardware or software sales.

For the managed services and enterprise IT sectors, the agreement highlights demand from large and regulated organisations for outsourced endpoint administration. It also expands Techstep’s activity in a market where public-sector customers represent an established area of its business.

Techstep is a Nordic technology company focused on managed mobility, endpoint management, device security and related software and services. The company operates across markets including Norway, Sweden and Poland and serves both public- and private-sector organisations.

For businesses operating in enterprise IT, endpoint security and managed services, the contract reinforces the commercial importance of multi-year service relationships that generate recurring revenue. For technology providers targeting regulated organisations, such agreements can also create opportunities to combine software platforms with ongoing operational services.
