Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG Holding) has signed agreements with the Egyptian Government for four major developments covering more than 37 million square metres, with planned investments of approximately EGP 11 trillion. The programme includes the North and West Madinaty Project, Alexandria Integrated Urban Development Project, Abu Qir Industrial, Logistics, Real Estate and Tourism Project, and North Coast Mixed-Use Development Project.

EGYPT —Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG Holding) has signed agreements with the Egyptian Government to develop four major projects under the country's public-private partnership programme. Collectively covering more than 37 million square metres, the developments involve planned investments of approximately EGP 11 trillion. The four schemes are the North and West Madinaty Project, Alexandria Integrated Urban Development Project, Abu Qir Industrial, Logistics, Real Estate and Tourism Project, and North Coast Mixed-Use Development Project.

The Abu Qir Industrial, Logistics, Real Estate and Tourism Project represents the largest planned investment, at approximately EGP 5 trillion across around 10 million square metres adjacent to New Abu Qir Port. The development is designed to integrate industrial complexes, logistics facilities, free-zone activities, commercial premises, residential areas and tourism. Its location near port infrastructure connects the proposed development with freight distribution and industrial activity.

The North and West Madinaty Project will cover approximately 5 million square metres along the corridor between Madinaty and Suez Road, with targeted investment of EGP 3.2 trillion. Planned as an extension of the existing Madinaty development, it will combine residential, commercial and administrative functions. In Alexandria, the Alexandria Integrated Urban Development Project will span approximately 11.3 million square metres, with estimated investment of EGP 1.7 trillion, extending the group's integrated urban development model to Egypt's second-largest city.

The North Coast Mixed-Use Development Project will occupy approximately 10.4 million square metres between kilometre 147 and kilometre 151 on the North Coast. With planned investment of around EGP 970 billion, the scheme is expected to include residential units, chalets, villas, hospitality facilities, commercial areas, public services and supporting infrastructure. Its development concept is based on an approach similar to the group's SouthMED project.

The programme has implications for Egypt's construction, real estate, industrial, logistics and tourism sectors. Delivering the four projects will require coordination among government authorities, contractors, infrastructure providers and private-sector operators. The Abu Qir development links port-adjacent industrial and logistics activity with commercial and residential uses, while the other schemes expand planned property development across Madinaty, Alexandria and the North Coast.

For investors and suppliers, the agreements establish a substantial pipeline of prospective development activity and diversify the group's planned exposure across locations and property segments. The announced investment figures represent planned investments rather than confirmed expenditure or completed assets. Financing, implementation schedules, infrastructure delivery and market demand will influence execution and financial outcomes. TMG Holding is an Egyptian Exchange-listed developer focused on integrated urban communities, real estate and hospitality projects.
