Innomech Aerospace Toolings has entered into a long-term manufacturing agreement with Honeywell Aerospace. The partnership focuses on producing precision components and assemblies for aero-engine and control system applications through late 2036.

INDIA —Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited (UAML), has finalized a long-term supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace US LLC. Under the arrangement, the manufacturing firm will produce precision components and assemblies dedicated to aero-engine and control system applications.

This development marks a crucial operational scaling for the enterprise, broadening its manufacturing footprint beyond aerostructures into high-precision engine and control domains. Such specialized aviation segments mandate stringent quality assurance, robust process controls, and consistent delivery reliability to meet global OEM benchmarks. Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited (UAML) operates as a specialized engineering and manufacturing provider supporting global aerospace programs, holding key industry certifications for quality management.

The agreement carries a duration spanning from April 1, 2026, through November 1, 2036. This multi-year framework establishes the contractual parameters under which the client may issue recurring purchase orders and statements of work over the decade.

The pact integrates the supplier deeper into the international aerospace value chain, reinforcing its participation in long-term OEM production programs. By securing this extended engagement, the manufacturing group strengthens its competitive standing across aero-tooling, aerostructures, and engine-related assembly markets, aligning its operational capacity with rising global demand for certified aerospace subsystems.
