UPS, a global logistics and supply chain management leader, has announced a targeted investment of nearly $50 million to bolster its automotive and industrial manufacturing capabilities. Central to this initiative is the expansion of its North American Air Freight (NAAF) service, which will introduce 1-, 2-, and 3-day delivery options for heavy freight moving to and from Mexico starting in August.

This development addresses the fragmented nature of cross-border logistics by consolidating transportation, customs brokerage, and warehousing within the UPS network.
