New York-headquartered Vertex Group has acquired Singapore-based advisory firm T-Ventures for SGD 8.5 million. The deal introduces management consulting as the group's ninth business division, establishes its presence in an eighth global market and positions Singapore as a regional hub for its enterprise transformation platform.

SINGAPORE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Global enterprise services firm Vertex Group has secured a deal to acquire Singapore-based advisory business T-Ventures for SGD 8.5 million. Headquartered in New York, Vertex Group provides business process operations, learning solutions, AI technology services and enterprise workspace solutions across multiple international markets. T-Ventures, which reported an annual revenue of SGD 12.9 million in its last fiscal year, delivers consulting services to over 120 clients across North America, Europe, and Asia, with deep specialization in the automotive, fintech, banking and financial services, and information technology sectors.

This transaction significantly expands Vertex Group's operational footprint by establishing Singapore as its eighth market globally and launching strategic management consulting as its ninth business vertical. The deal represents the organization's third corporate acquisition within a twelve-month period, accelerating its multi-year 'Vertex 2.0' strategic initiative designed to pivot the company from a diversified operational provider into a fully integrated global enterprise services platform.

Integrating front-end advisory services allows Vertex Group to engage corporate decision-makers at the inception of their strategic planning and operational transformations. By bridging upfront strategy formulation with downstream technology implementation, analytics, and operational execution, the firm addresses a growing corporate preference for consolidated vendor models over fragmented service providers. The transaction also strengthens access to multinational enterprises operating across the Asia-Pacific region, establishing Singapore as a core operational base for regional expansion.

For global enterprises and institutional investors, the consolidation illustrates a broader shift within the business process outsourcing and IT services landscape toward end-to-end transformation capabilities. Service providers capable of unifying strategic advisory, artificial intelligence deployment, and large-scale execution are increasingly favored to capture higher-margin, multi-year mandates from corporate clients modernizing their global operations.
