VINCI Energies has finalized its voluntary public tender offer for All for One Group SE, acquiring an 87.33% majority stake. The move significantly bolsters its Axians brand across Central European IT and digital transformation markets.

FRANCE; GERMANY —VINCI Energies has finalized the acquisition of an 87.33% controlling stake in German IT services provider All for One Group SE following the settlement of a public tender offer initiated in July.

Headquartered in Germany, All for One Group SE is an enterprise application integration and maintenance specialist supporting over 4,500 mid-market clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. With a workforce of approximately 3,000 employees, the organization recorded revenues of €500 million for fiscal year 2025. Parent group VINCI is a global entity specializing in concessions, energy solutions, and construction, operating internationally with nearly 294,000 employees.

This strategic transaction substantially enhances the operational capabilities of Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies, across European markets. By integrating All for One's client base and technical expertise, the enterprise expands its delivery bandwidth across cloud systems, enterprise applications, data analytics, and artificial intelligence solutions.

The acquisition addresses growing regional demand among European mid-market enterprises seeking scalable digital infrastructure and modern application environments. The consolidation positions Axians to capture a larger share of regional enterprise software modernization budgets across German-speaking Europe and Central Europe.

For market participants and IT service vendors, this consolidation highlights the continuing trend of major industrial and infrastructure service groups scaling their managed IT portfolios through targeted M&A. Investors and enterprise software buyers will observe heightened competitive dynamics across the Central European managed services and enterprise software integration ecosystem.
