UNITED STATES OF AMERICA —Enterprise digital presence platform Yext, Inc. has reached an agreement to buy Flamel.ai, a marketing technology firm specializing in hyper-local advertising execution across digital channels including Meta, Google and ChatGPT.
This corporate expansion allows multi-location enterprises to directly tie competitive intelligence gathered from AI search engines to active local advertising budgets. Rather than allocating marketing funds uniformly or relying on historical spend, corporate marketing departments can use unified location performance metrics to target advertising dollars toward specific geographic markets where brand presence trails local rivals.
The acquisition addresses a structural inefficiency common to franchise operations, retail chains, and multi-branch organizations. While enterprise software platforms historically separated organic search management from paid campaign deployment, combining location-level visibility with automated campaign execution ensures paid media spend strictly supplements organic search gaps instead of cannibalizing existing traffic.
Yext provides structured data management and search optimization services for thousands of enterprise organizations in financial services, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Flamel.ai develops AI-driven marketing software tailored for multi-location brands and franchise systems, automating localized campaign setup while retaining central corporate control.
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions, and will be financed using cash on hand.
