Under the terms of the deal, contractor YIT Lietuva will execute the scope of work over a 16-month completion period from contract signing. The project's first phase encompasses a five-storey production building with a basement covering over 13,400 square meters, where part of the basement is designed to serve as an employee shelter. Once the second phase is finalized, the facility will accommodate approximately 500 employees. The building is designed to meet A++ energy efficiency standards and will feature a rooftop solar power plant to support sustainable operations.
