SAUDI ARABIA —Advanced Building Industries Company (Senaat), through its subsidiary Zamil Structural Steel Company (Zamil Steel), has secured a SAR 308.17 million contract, excluding VAT, from Qiddiya Tennis Center Joint Venture for structural steelworks and external façades at the National Tennis Center in Qiddiya City, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Signed on 19 October 2026, the agreement covers the fabrication, supply and installation of the steel structures and façade components, with completion scheduled over 19 months.
The contracting joint venture comprises Bouygues Bâtiment International - Saudi Arabia Branch and Al-Mabani General Contractors Company. It is responsible for the National Tennis Center development within Qiddiya City, a major entertainment and sports destination near Riyadh. The awarded package places Zamil Steel within the project's construction supply chain, with responsibility for delivering key structural and external building elements.
The contract adds to demand for specialised steel fabrication and building-envelope installation associated with large sports and entertainment developments in Saudi Arabia. Structural steelworks are central to supporting building loads and enabling the construction of large-span facilities, while external façades form part of the building's weather protection and architectural envelope. Coordinating fabrication, supply and installation within the 19-month delivery period will be important to the project's construction schedule.
Senaat is a Saudi-listed building and construction-related company whose activities include structural steel solutions through its subsidiary Zamil Steel. Zamil Steel specialises in structural steel fabrication and related supply and installation services for construction projects. The contracting parties bring together specialist steelwork capability and the wider construction delivery role represented by the Qiddiya Tennis Center Joint Venture.
For Senaat, the contract provides a substantial order linked to Saudi Arabia's investment in sports and destination infrastructure. The company has stated that the financial impact is expected to be reflected in its financial statements from the fourth quarter of 2026 and to contribute positively to its financial results. The ultimate contribution will depend on project execution, delivery milestones and the recognition of contract revenue over the implementation period.
For construction suppliers and contractors, the award illustrates the opportunities available in specialised building packages within major Saudi development programmes. It also highlights the importance of schedule management, fabrication capacity and coordination between steelwork contractors and the principal construction participants. No additional contract milestones or detailed payment terms were disclosed in the announcement.
