Pakistan targets emission goals with $243.6 million floating solar venture at Keenjhar Lake
The Pakistani government is developing a 500 MW floating solar project at Keenjhar Lake in Sindh. Budgeted at $243.63 million, the initiative aims to generate 861.91 GWh annually for K-Electric. This project supports national decarbonization targets while reducing the financial burden of imported fossil fuels on the power sector.
