ADNOC and OMV have appointed the senior leadership and supervisory board for Borouge Group International AG. The new entity, formed through the merger of Borouge, Borealis, and NOVA Chemicals, is scheduled to launch by late March 2026 under the leadership of incoming CEO Roger Kearns.
